Faye Ferguson is an Executive Director and Lending Operations Senior Manager, leading the Specialty Card Consultant team in support of Affluent Card Strategy at Wells Fargo. She began her career with Wells Fargo in 2012 as a teller and has since advanced through a series of leadership roles within branch banking, building a strong foundation in operations, client experience, and team development.

Born and raised in Dumaguete City, Philippines, Faye immigrated to the United States in 2007. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Negros Oriental State University.

Faye is an active community leader and advocate for professional development. She is a member of the Chambers of Commerce in both Gilbert and Chandler. Her passion for making an impact in the community led her to serve with Asian Corporate Entrepreneur Leaders (ACEL), a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering Asian American professionals. She served as Chairman of the Board from 2022 to 2024 and previously chaired the Dynamics of Leadership Conference from 2018 to 2021.

She also contributes to multiple leadership initiatives, serving on the board of the Arizona Middle East Employee Resource Network and as Chapter Chair for Arizona Asian Connection. In addition, she is the Executive Director of the National Federation of Filipino American Associations (NaFFAA) Arizona and a member of the Phoenix Asian American Lions Club (PAALC).

Faye resides in Gilbert, Arizona, with her husband and twin daughters, Arianna and Brianna. She is currently Mrs. Luzon Arizona 2025, advocating for “Building Future Leaders” in partnership with the National Federation of Filipino American Associations (NaFFAA) Arizona.
